Overview
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our day-to-day operations and ensure smooth functioning of all processes within the company.

Duties
-Arranging collections and deliveries of palletised groupage across the UK. Planning loading of international trailers departing for Dublin.

Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Manage and lead a team of employees, providing guidance and support
- Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement
- Coordinate with various departments to streamline operations and achieve business goals
- Oversee inventory management and procurement processes
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Analyse operational data to identify areas for enhancement

Qualifications
- Proven experience in an operations management role in the pallet groupage market.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of industry best practices and trends
- Effective communication skills at all levels of the organisation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
