Aftersales Team Leader

The successful candidate should have excellent PC and telephone skills, be able to build relationships with a wide range of people, whilst resolving any issue that comes their way.
The role -
- The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the aftersales department
- Ensure excellent customer service
- Maximise team efficiency
- Respond to post sale customer enquires
- Aid in the team resolving issue promptly
- Deal with any customer complaints
- Interpreting customer concerns and comments
- Liaising with customers and keeping them updated
- Advising customers on how to resolve issues with their vehicles
- Ensure customer expectations and requirements are identified, and successfully managed to gain a high standard of customer satisfaction
The Person –
- Candidates must have experience of delivering high levels of customer satisfaction in a very busy and demanding environment. Motor trade experience is desirable.
- People focused with the confidence and personality to develop long term customer relationships.
- Possess excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex information accurately and concisely.
- Customer focused – able to identify and tackle critical issues. Be willing to find solutions and be prepared to maintain a positive customer experience.
- Able to work with defined processes and guidelines and have good core administration skills.
- Able to undertake new tasks and use initiative to support aftersales team.
- Results focused, you will be resilient and overcome obstacles to success and to learn from feedback.
- A good technical awareness or understanding of vehicles and components is desirable.
*Motor trade experience desirable
Working Pattern -
- 38.5 Hour Contract • 5 Days a Week • Mon 9am-6pm • Tues-Fri 10am-6pm
