On site Coordinator

Pro1 Recruitment are looking for a recruitment coordinator to join our  busy team based in the Atherstone and Crick area. 

This role will be an ongoing position, and your duties will include:

• Planning workers in on a daily basis. 
• Managing workers on site, dealing with queries.
• Resourcing candidates. 
• Interviewing candidates via phone and face to face. 
• Conduct reference checks. 
• Speaking with clients on a daily basis. 
• On call duties. 

Experience in a similar role would be advantageous, but we can provide training. 

You will need to flexible and must be able to drive from Atherstone to Crick for daily check ins.  

Working hours:

0700-1730

Mon-Fri 

Salary:

£23,785
