PA/Support worker

About Me:

My name is Andrea, I’m 28 years old and I’ve got autism, ADHD and Ehlers-danlos among other things. I’m obsessed with video games, I like lego, and I’m always up for doing crafts. I’m chatty, friendly, and good at communicating my needs. I’d like someone to help me out 6 hours a week, I’m flexible and am happy to find a routine that works for both of us.

Main Duties:

• Domestic work : I cannot take out my own bins or change my bedsheets, but there may be additional tasks like washing up, hoovering
• Life and medical admin, which includes making phone calls and writing e-mails
• Meal prep occasionally
• Support me to engage with hobbies, classes and community
• Give me practical help around my neurodiversity, such as helping me come up with ideas to navigate my day to day life more easily
• Helping me organize my space in an ADHD friendly way
• Helping with food shopping every now and again

Desired PA:

Someone open minded and patient, humour would very much be appreciated! Car would be a bonus but not needed.

Essential requirements for PA:

Must be LGBT friendly and autism aware. Good communication and punctuality is a must.

Work Schedule and Pay rate:

6 hours a week, flexible hours. 11.65£ /h
