SEN Teaching Assistant

A specialized school in Fareham is looking for LSAs who want to add to their already exceptional school! 

The children have a mix of abilities but all have Autism and other complex needs. Some will be verbal, and others will require support with routines, Makaton, and life skills.  

About the Role:
• Support and shape the learning environment for students with diverse needs.
• Support students on a 1:1 basis and within a classroom setting.
• Make a meaningful impact in the classroom.
• Build positive relationships with staff and the children.
• Collaborate with a dedicated team.

Requirements:
• Experience in SEN/SEMH settings (personal or professional).
• Enthusiasm for helping students reach their full potential.
• Commitment to addressing diverse needs and teamwork.
• Strong interpersonal skills and dependability.
• Openness to challenges and growth.
