We have rapidly become one of the fastest growing printed circuit board suppliers, with many well-known and established clientele, within a variety of industries including the lighting and automotive industry throughout the UK.

About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Administrator to join our team, supporting our sales and customer service operations. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of administrative expertise, communication skills, and a keen commercial mindset to drive our business forward. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and enjoys contributing to a team’s success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilise IT programs efficiently to streamline sales administration processes.
  • Prepare accurate quotations for customers and ensure prompt follow-up.
  • Compile delivery notes, invoices, and customer correspondence, maintaining a high standard of accuracy.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, offering excellent service to customers and answering inquiries.
  • Keep all records, documents, and paperwork organized, ensuring that they are up-to-date and compliant.
  • Create engaging marketing materials, update content for LinkedIn and other Social Media, and develop PowerPoint presentations.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating the company website to ensure an accurate online presence

Experience and Skills Required:

  • A strong commercial mind with an instinct for identifying and closing deals.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, sales teams and various levels of the organisation.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, with an eye for detail in problem solving.
  • Negotiation skills to secure the best possible deals for the company and its customers.
  • A team player with a track record of cross functional collaboration and a positive attitude.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary range of £22,000 - £25,000 per annum (pro-rata for part-time hours).
