Your Role: As our Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you'll be responsible for:
- Preventative and planned maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Electrical fault-finding and repair on high-speed packaging machinery.
- Servicing, testing and repairs of all site services / facilities equipment.
- Keeping machines operating smoothly to maximise production output and minimise downtime.
- Carrying out continuous improvement projects and supporting machinery installations and modifications.
- Working with a wide range of equipment, from conveyors and motors to PLCs and pneumatics.
What We’re Looking For:
- Recognised Electrical Apprenticeship or equivalent qualification (e.g., City & Guilds 18th edition certification).
- Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills, with a problem-solving approach, this role is 80/20 electrically biased.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is desired but not essential.
- A proactive, team-oriented individual with a ‘can do’ attitude. An autonomous approach and a “hard-working” mindset.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and strong communication skills.
