Your Role: As our Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you'll be responsible for:

  • Preventative and planned maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Electrical fault-finding and repair on high-speed packaging machinery.
  • Servicing, testing and repairs of all site services / facilities equipment.
  • Keeping machines operating smoothly to maximise production output and minimise downtime.
  • Carrying out continuous improvement projects and supporting machinery installations and modifications.
  • Working with a wide range of equipment, from conveyors and motors to PLCs and pneumatics.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Recognised Electrical Apprenticeship or equivalent qualification (e.g., City & Guilds 18th edition certification).
  • Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills, with a problem-solving approach, this role is 80/20 electrically biased.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is desired but not essential.
  • A proactive, team-oriented individual with a ‘can do’ attitude. An autonomous approach and a “hard-working” mindset.
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and strong communication skills.
