The person I would like…

It is important that you are patient and kind, someone who can communicate clear boundaries in a way B will understand.
Someone who is willing to be interactive in order to improve and develop skills and develop trust and understanding in the role.
B can exhibit challenging behaviours such as spitting, throwing objects and being verbally abusive a symptom of her ODD, you will need to learn the triggers & coping mechanisms for such behaviours.
