What You’ll Be Doing:
• Supervising students across Key Stage 3 and 4 in various subjects
• Delivering pre-prepared lessons in the absence of the regular teacher
• Maintaining classroom discipline and ensuring students stay on task
• Gaining experience with different age groups and subjects, making each day unique
• Becoming a valued member of the school community, building relationships with staff and students

What We’re Looking For:
• Recent graduates looking for practical classroom experience
• Unqualified teachers or experienced LSAs seeking a new challenge
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Enthusiasm and a genuine passion for working with young people
• Confidence in managing classroom behaviour
