Supply Teacher

U-Educate are seeking qualified and motivated Supply Teachers to work in secondary schools, covering a range of subjects and supporting students’ learning on a short-term or long-term basis. If you're adaptable, enthusiastic, and committed to delivering high-quality education, we’d love to hear from you.

Role Requirements:
• Position: Supply Teacher (Secondary)
• Location: Southampton, Hampshire
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
• Experience teaching at the secondary school level
• Ability to quickly adapt to different classrooms and engage students across various subjects
• Strong classroom management and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality lessons in the absence of the regular classroom teacher
• Maintain a positive and productive learning environment for students
• Follow lesson plans and ensure students remain on task
• Adapt to the school’s policies and procedures during your placement
