Resourcing Consultant

Ultimate Recruitment is looking for a experienced Resourcing Consultant to join our team.

    Job Description

• Searching and identification of potential candidates through online advertising and sourcing techniques including online job boards, social media platforms
• Registration process
• Checking and uploading mandatory documents, RTW to our system
• Booking inductions 
• Applying for DBS on behalf of our employees
• Checking references
• Bookings

  Requirements

• Ensure exceptional customer service is provided to both clients and candidates at all stages of the recruitment process
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment and manage multiple tasks
• Collaboration within a close team and building strong relationships
• Customer Service experience
• Microsoft word/Excel at intermediate level
• Experience of working to tight timelines
• Must have previous experience as a Resourcing Consultant

  Shift pattern

• Flexible- to be confirmed

  Pay rate

• up to £25000 per annum

  Contract Type

• Temp to perm after 3 months
