Team Leader - food production

Accept Recruitment is currently looking for a Team Leader to join our client's food production facility in Leicester, LE4. This role requires someone with a background in food production and strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and supervising a team of production operatives to ensure smooth operations.
• Overseeing daily production targets and ensuring quality standards are met.
• Managing workflow, delegating tasks, and providing support to the team.
• Ensuring health and safety regulations are followed at all times.
• Contacting recruitment agencies regarding staffing requirements.
• Using Microsoft Office for reporting and team management.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role within food production.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Fluent in Gujarati or Hindi is beneficial.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet production deadlines.
• Good understanding of health and safety in a food production environment.

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Pay Rate: £12.00 per hour
