Customer Experience Advisor
We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Experience Advisor to join our Account Management Team based in Huntingdon.

You will be the central point of contact at EPM for any customers, meeting regularly with them to understand both their immediate needs and long-term plans. You will need strong communication skills and the ability to manage senior stakeholders (including FD/HRD/COO/CEO), overall success being measured by customer satisfaction, sales and retention.
Responsibilities -
- Responsible for managing and retaining a personal portfolio of EPM customers.
- Ensure customers receive the highest possible level of service, resulting in improved satisfaction and retention.
- Be the first point of contact for those customers and monitor how services are performing through our Customer Communication Platform.
- Proactively meet with customers to understand their goals and challenges, in both online and face to face settings.
- Support with organising customer user groups, forums and events for our key regions and local authority areas.
- Proactively cross-sell additional EPM services to maximise account revenue (Payroll, HR advisory, Finance, MAT Development)
Requirements -
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Detail oriented with high level of accuracy.
- Experience of consultative selling over the phone
- Experience of using HubSpot and WordPress would be desirable.

- Hybrid, mixture of home based and office time in Huntingdon.
- Client site visits essential for on-site meetings.
- Occasional attendance at company events & exhibitions
