Class Teacher

Pro1 Education is dedicated to providing high-quality educational support, ensuring every child has the opportunity to thrive. We are currently seeking a dedicated Primary Teacher to join a Primary School in Birmingham on a long term and potentially permanent basis.

Location: Birmingham

Time: 8:30am - 3:30pm

Pay: £150-220 per day

Key Responsibilities

• Planning and delivering lessons within the Primary National Curriculum
• Modelling positive behaviour management strategies and restorative approaches
• Pupil feedback, target setting and progressive learning
• Support students with intervention on 1:1 and small group basis
• Assess, record and monitor pupil progress and attainment
• Knowledge of inclusive practice to include SEND pupils
• Establish positive relationships with colleagues, parents and students 

Requirements

• Right to work in the UK
• Previous experience teaching within a UK educational setting
• Strong knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum
• A valid Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
• QTS
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A commitment to safeguarding and welfare of children
• Experience working with SEND pupils is ideal
