U-Educate is looking for a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in Gosport.

Position: 1:1 Teaching Assistant
Location: Gosport
Type: Full-time, Temporary (with the potential for long-term placement)

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide one-on-one support to students with additional learning needs.
• Assist with daily classroom activities and tailor learning materials to the student's needs.
• Support the student’s social, emotional, and academic development.
• Encourage positive behavior and help the student overcome challenges in the classroom.
• Foster a safe and inclusive learning environment for the students.

What We’re Looking For:
• Experience working as a Teaching Assistant.
• A compassionate, patient, and understanding approach to working with children.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with students.
• A proactive attitude with the ability to adapt to the student's changing needs.
• Relevant qualifications or training in supporting children with additional needs is desirable.
