Cover Supervisors – Hailsham

Required to start as soon as possible

Hours: 32.5 hours per week – Term Time – Monday to Friday 08.15am to 15.15pm

U-Educate are looking for enthusiastic, flexible and committed Cover Supervisors to join a supportive team and provide effective cover supervision in our schools in Hailsham.

The successful candidates will provide short term cover for teachers, taking responsibility for the supervision of the class, enabling pre-set work to be completed.

When not covering classes, the successful candidates will provide support in other areas of the school, which may include supporting teachers and working with smaller groups of students.

U-Educate are looking for calm and confident individuals who have the skills to be able to manage classroom activities safely and who can create a positive learning environment.

Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills are essential and previous experience in a similar role and a good standard of education would be advantageous.

The successful candidates will also be expected to attend twilights and staff meetings.
