A specialised school situated in Farehamis looking for TA’s who want to add to their already exceptional school! The school caters for children aged between 3 and 19 who have a wide range of severe, complex and profound and multiple learning difficulties. All of their pupils and students have an Education Health and Care Plan (EHCP).

The children have a mix of abilities but all have Autism and other complex needs. Some will be verbal, others requiring support with routines, Makaton and life skills.  
 
You will be required to be available 5 days a week, and happy to work 8:30am to 3:30pm.Your responsibilities will include:

• Assist students with their physical, emotional and academic  needs.
• Enabling learners to access the curriculum.
• Support the pastoral needs of the learners.
• Be an active part in setting the learning environment. 
• Supporting learners on a 1:1 base and part of a small group in a range of activities throughout the day.
