Job Title: Salaried GP

Location: Minehead

Salary: up to £95,000 annual FTE dependent on experience

Employment type: Permanent

Hours Per Week: Full / Part Time available

We are looking for compassionate and dedicated GPs to help ensure the safe, effective and compliant delivery of services to all our patients. As a team we’re passionate about what we do, making sure that patients are receiving the best care possible and in the right way for them.

You’ll work on:

• A mix of telephone, face to face and home visit appointments
• Understand the patient population to be able to provide high quality care to patients
• Undertake both planned and urgent primary care as required
• Provide patient focussed, evidence-based practice to a high standard 
• Supporting the wider MDT to ensure patients with long term and/or complex health conditions are cared for at the right time, by the right clinician

What we’re looking for:

• An individual registered with the GMC and on the GP Specialty register
• A GP who is on the performers list
• Able to demonstrate excellent communication skills across all levels of the business
• Excellent organisational skills 
• A patient, compassionate and empathetic individual
