We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. About the Role & Company: We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team in Desford, Leicestershire. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a flexible, part-time work setting and enjoys the challenge of sales. Exitile Access Ltd, established in 2012, is a leading manufacturer of high-quality access panels and riser doors, renowned for its innovative products and excellent customer service. You'll work closely with our sales director and another sales rep in a small, collaborative office.

Key Benefits for the Sales Executive:

  • £13.99 per hour
  • Flexible working hours: Roughly 6 hours a day, Monday to Friday, with the potential for full-time for those that would prefer it. Flexible on start and finish time to suit.
  • 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays and birthday off, with an additional day for every five years of service (up to 30 days).
  • No weekend or bank holiday work.

Role Overview of the Sales Executive:

  • Conduct approximately 30 calls a day to buyers, estimators, Quantity Surveyors and Contract Managers.
  • Use our CRM system to manage customer relationships and log prospects.
  • Fact-find to identify decision-makers and schedule meetings for field sales reps.
  • Make video emails to accompany the quotation.

Requirements:

  • Strong and confident telephone manner.
  • At least 1 year of sales experience over the phone; construction industry experience is beneficial.
  • Ability to use CRM software and other tech tools.
  • Resilient, persistent, and comfortable making cold calls.
  • Ability to follow scripts and take direction while being open to new ideas.

  • A friendly, approachable individual who enjoys working in a close-knit team.
  • Able to build rapport quickly on the telephone

Location: Desford, Leicestershire, office-based with flexible start and finish times. Part Time - 6 hours per day x 5 days
