Production Operative - WF1

Location: Wakefield, WF1
Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Nights) Pay Rate: £12.80 per hour
Baker Recruitment Group is delighted to partner with our client based in Wakefield, WF1. Due to continued growth and expansion, we are now looking to recruit Production Operatives. 

Key Responsibilities:

Inputting detailed information into the machines.
Checking and verifying product measurements.
Testing machines before production begins.
Adjusting oven temperatures to ensure optimal product quality.
Operating and monitoring machinery during production.
Reporting any issues or malfunctions to the Senior Supervisor.
Strict adherence to all health and safety protocols and company policies.

Shift Pattern:

Nights: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Monday-Thursday

Pay Rate:

£12.80 per hour

Desirable Skills:

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Machine Operator
Proficiency with computers (PC literate).
Punctuality and reliability.
Strong communication skills.
