School Cleaner

Pro1 Education is dedicated to providing high-quality educational support, ensuring every child has the opportunity to thrive. We are currently looking for an experienced school cleaner to join a primary school in Birmingham

Location: Birmingham

Time: 3 hours per day

Pay: £12 p/h

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in classrooms, hallways, toilets, and common areas.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
• Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored properly.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management.
• Assist with the setup and clean up of school events as needed.
• Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for all.

Requirements

• Right to work in the UK
• Previous experience working within a UK educational setting
• A valid Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
• Cleaning experience
• A commitment to safeguarding and welfare of children
