Marketing is one of the most creative industries there is, calling for a constant stream of new ideas and innovative ways of telling a story. As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, increase revenue, and enhance customer engagement for the Estate. You will lead the team of executives and have responsibility for the entire marketing function.

Experience and Skills required: 

  • 2+ years' experience in a similar role
  • Proven experience planning and executing 360 digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and engage guests through the sales funnel to generate revenue
  • Has experience in developing and managing Brand Partnerships for increased brand awareness  
  • Creative and innovative thinker to develop ideas and campaigns to build the brand 
  • Confident project manager who can oversee multiple campaigns running alongside one another 
  • Experience in design platforms such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva etc 
  • Experience in designing coordinating and producing campaign materials for both offline an online channel 
  • Has developed and created assets/content for Social Media campaigns and has a full understanding of managing a social media strategy  
  • Have great copywriting for both website, digital adverts and guest facing collateral skills and understanding how to adopt brand tone of voice 
  • Strong verbal communication skills for articulating ideas to colleagues and clients 
  • Excellent written communication skills for producing high quality content  
  • Networking and analytical skills 
  • Knowledge of existing and emerging social media platforms 

The role is office based, and is a full time contract of 40 hours per week (9am - 5.30pm including a 1/2 hour break). You'll also be required to provide social media monitoring outside of these hours on a rota basis, shared with the team. 

In return, we offer an excellent salary of up to £40,000 per year, plus service charge (around £2,000-£2,500 per year).
