Role Summary: As a Contract Management Administrator, you will play a crucial role in our Support & Delivery department, focusing on processing Contract Award Forms (CAFs) and ensuring the smooth operation of account setups for suppliers. This role is pivotal in maintaining accurate invoicing details and managing financial queries, ensuring our clients receive the best service possible. Attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are key to succeeding in this role.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Processing Contract Award Forms and managing supplier registrations.
- Liaising with internal teams to resolve invoice-related queries.
- Using Salesforce for case management, ensuring clear communication across teams.
- Supporting the Accounts team with contract value queries and escalations as needed.
Location & Hours: London/Hybrid (3 days office-based) Full-time, 9AM - 5:30 PM 37.5 hours
What You Bring:
- Experience in contract management or financial monitoring.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A meticulous approach to work, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
