U-Educate is seeking empathetic and proactive Behaviour Mentors to join our network of outstanding secondary schools in Southampton.
If you are passionate about helping students achieve their full potential through positive behaviour support, we want to hear from you.
Your Role as a Behaviour Mentor:
- Student Support: Provide one-on-one support to students, helping them to develop positive behaviours and improve their emotional well-being.
- Behavioral Strategies: Implement effective behavioural management.
- Role Modeling: Act as a positive role model, demonstrating appropriate behaviour and fostering a respectful and supportive school environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working with secondary school-aged children in a behavioural support role (preferred but not essential)
- Enhanced DBS Certificate on update service
- Brilliant communication and collaborative skills
- Patient and empathic personality and ability to remain calm in difficult situations.
