Picking/Packing Operative

Picking Operatives Required!

Baker Recruitment Group is excited to partner with a valued client based in LS9, who is experiencing continued business growth and expansion. We are seeking dedicated Picking Operatives to join their busy team.

Shift Pattern:

• Monday to Friday
• 07:00 am to 16:30 pm
• £11.44 per hour

Key Responsibilities: As a Picking Operative, you will work in a fast-paced environment where your primary duties will include loading, unloading, wrapping, and packing goods. Given the customer-focused nature of our client, you will be expected to maintain a high standard of quality in your work. Strong communication skills, a team-oriented mindset, and a flexible approach to work are essential. Attention to detail and a positive attitude towards learning and development are crucial for success in this role.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with manual picking
• Basic computer skills
• Punctuality and reliability
• Manual handling experience
