Must have:

· Prescribing certificate (V300)

Must have one of:

· Master’s in Pharmacy

Salary: Weekdays £50 and Weekends £55

Must be GPhC registered.

Must have experience in Primary Cares, A&E and Urgent Treatment Centres/Out of Hours
