Mosaic Group is expanding and due to growth, we are seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In return you’ll enjoy 25 days annual leave, free gym, flexible working hours and a hybrid working arrangement.

About the company: Our work spans various sectors, including retail, point of purchase and point of sale, exhibitions and events, delivering bespoke projects for a global client base, primarily within the UK.

About the Role: As a Technical Project Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in bringing our clients' visions to life. You will be instrumental in liaising between our Client Service Team and our strategically appointed supply chain to ensure that all projects are executed flawlessly, from design to installation. The role will involve the technical development and delivery and implementation of our clients physical marketing requirements. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency and creative thinking to manage and deliver physical activation projects.

Key Responsibilities of Technical Project Manager

  • Collaborate with the Client Service Team to provide technical support and expertise.
  • Engage in direct communication with clients and suppliers, managing specifications, budgets, and estimations.
  • Attend site meetings, surveys, and installations, ensuring projects align with client specifications.
  • Coordinate with our warehouse and fulfilment centre to ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Participate in exhibition shows, requiring travel, predominantly within the UK and occasionally in Europe.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, 40 hours per week. Offers the opportunity for regular UK travel to exhibitions and occasional European exhibitions. Flexibility during peak exhibition seasons is appreciated and offers dynamic work experiences.

Who We Are Looking For in our Technical Project Manager

  • Experienced in retail or commercial interior design, manufacturing, events, and/or exhibitions.
  • A design background is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Independent problem solvers with a client-focused attitude, capable of delivering bespoke design solutions.
  • Excellent communicators, capable of balancing technical and marketing perspectives, and passionate about meeting client needs.
  • Strong communication skills and client-facing personality. Ability to work independently and think creatively.
