Location: Office based, Market Harborough, Leicestershire
Salary: £23,795.20 + Benefits
Working Hours – Up to 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm

You will receive 4 weeks comprehensive training and will be supported with ongoing on-the-job coaching. Your success is our success. We invest in our people and help them hit their career goals. We are looking for people who enjoy working in a team with strong listening, communication and customer service skills and who enjoy making someone’s day a better day.
In the role you will:
- Receive inbound calls and respond to emails, place orders and deal with general enquiries
- Maintain and update customer records on our CRM platform
- Promote additional products and services
- Identify opportunities to up-sell/cross-sell magazine subscription and membership packages
