Learning Support Assistant
Ideally, you will have some experience of SEN/ SEND in a learning environment but this is not essential if you show a strong desire to work with young people. U-Educate welcome applications from people with or without experience, or suitably qualified professionals who are passionate about working with children with special educational needs and disabilities.
Your main duties and responsibilities will include:
• Support a child with special needs and help them reach their potential in a professional and caring manner
• Be reliable and punctual when working individually or when part of a team
• Actively join in play and youth activities
• Ensure the highest level of safety and safeguarding at all times

• Residential support/care worker
• Mentoring
• Teaching/Learning support assistance experience
• Pro active and hard working
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience working with children or in a care setting
- Ability to work independently and use initiative
- Current DBS registered on the update system or willing to do one
