Production Operatives

Accept Recruitment is seeking dedicated and hardworking Warehouse Operatives for our client based in Warwick, CV35.

This role involves preparing orders for dispatch, handling barrels and containers of Polyurethane Resin and other chemicals and working in production to mix required ingredients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Picking items from the warehouse and preparing them for dispatch.
• Managing barrels and containers of Polyurethane Resin and other chemicals. Some items may be heavy, but pump trucks are available for use.
• Mixing required ingredients into mixers.
• Operating four large mixers in the production area.
• Receiving a daily list of mixes to prepare, picking items from the warehouse, transferring them to production, and creating designated mixes using mixing machines.

Requirements:

• Ability to handle heavy items using available equipment.
• Attention to detail to Ensure accurate preparation and mixing of ingredients.
• Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth production processes.
• All necessary training will be provided.
• Own transport due to location

Working Hours

• Monday – Friday
• 8:30 – 17:00 (30 min unpaid + 2 x 10 min paid breaks)
• £11.75ph
