About Us: Scan Alarms are located conveniently in Mallusk and have provided sector leading services for over 40 years, we pride ourselves on providing unrivalled Fire and Security Services to our ever-expanding client base across Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland (ROI).
The Role: We are looking for a motivated Credit Controller to take charge of our credit control function.
You will be responsible for:
- Managing the full credit control function, including invoice and statement runs.
- Preparing customer statements using Sage & Excel.
- Entering receipts in Sage 50, handling cheques, bank receipts, and processing card payments.
- Raising credit notes utilising our CASH system and collecting Direct Debits with Go Cardless.
- Addressing customer queries and assisting with the purchase ledger.
- General accountancy and administrative duties as required.

Working Hours and Location:
- Full-time onsite position based at our Mallusk office.
- Hours: 08:30 - 17:00, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week).
- Flexibility around start and finish times can be considered.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in credit control and purchase ledger.
- Proficiency in Sage and Excel (VLOOKUP skills are desirable).
- Resilience and the ability to manage customer interactions effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work methodically.
