Personal Assistant / Carer

Purpose of the job Personal assistant:

Required for a lovely young lady in the Crewe, CW1 area. Client suffers with mobility due to fibromyalgia, left sided weakness, and has a mild learning difficulty. Uses a wheelchair at times. Loves music, animals, socialising, and photography but requires assistance to access hobbies and interests. Experience not essential and the client can be flexible with hours.

Hours and rate of Pay:

• £11.44 per hour

20 hours a week – days and times to be discussed on interview

Main Duties
• Going to the shops
• Going out for a coffee
• Music concerts
• Open mic events
• Visiting animals
• Companionship
• Accessing the wider community and events
Personal Assistant Specification
DBS check will be required.
Assistant must be honest, trustworthy, and reliable.
My assistant must respect my privacy and always maintain my dignity.
My assistant must be enthusiastic and flexible with a caring disposition.
You must be able to work well independently.
My personal assistant is accountable to me in all aspects of their work. They should always ask what my needs are and listen to my directions and requests.
The post is subject to an enhanced DBS disclosure which will be funded through your employer.
