Advanced Clinical Practitioner

Role: ANP/ACP

Location: Bracknell

Salary: up to £60k annual FTE + unsociable hours

Hours Per Week: Full / Part Time available

We have an amazing opportunity for an Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our team at Bracknell  and grow in knowledge and experience alongside our local and extended team of clinicians.

You will be supported by a wide network of peers across the group,  and will receive training and professional coaching to support with your own growth; allowing you to thrive in your new role.

 We're looking for:

• First Level registered Nurse (NMC, ECP), or ACP
• MSc in advanced Clinical Practice or Relevant ANP courses at level 6 or 7, or equivalent in Advanced Physical Assessment skills, Minor Illness, disease management, etc.
• A Non-medical prescribing qualification
• Evidence of continued professional development.
• Satisfactory DBS clearance
• Experience of managing acute undifferentiated presentations  (desirable)
• Understanding of autonomous practice within a minor illness/urgent care centre and the roles that deliver this
