As a Young People Support Worker, your responsibilities will include:

· Assisting individuals with personal care tasks

· Providing support with meal preparation

· Assisting with medication management and administration

· Encouraging and facilitating participation in social and recreational activities

· Maintaining a clean and safe environment for individuals

· Documenting and reporting any changes in individuals' condition or behavior

We are looking for individuals with the following skills and attributes:

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

· Empathy and compassion for individuals requiring support

· Ability to work effectively as part of a team

· Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

· Patience and understanding when working with individuals with diverse needs

· Someone talkative during the daytime for conversations

· MUST BE DRIVERS WITH ACCESS TO CAR WITHIN THE UK

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £10.90-£13.40 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
