De-Brief Clerk (Nights) 

We are delighted to be recruiting for a Debrief Clerk/Transport Administrators for a well-established company in the Leeds area. 


The role you will involve liaising with drivers upon return to depot and dealing with day-to-day operations regarding vehicle records 


Duties will include, but are not limited to: 

  • Debrief returning vehicles. 
  • Report any defects, damages, or safety issues. 
  • Communicate with Drivers regarding the daily runs and any issues that may occur. 
  • Assist with loading and unloading of vehicles 
  • Download returns sheets and some other admin duties. 
  • Update Daily statistics regarding the depot. 
  • You will often be required to help lift heavy goods 


The ideal candidate will: 

  • Understand transport legislation and logistics operations is desirable. 
  • React to problems promptly. 
  • Strong communication skills  
  • Competent use of Microsoft, particularly Excel. 
  • Be confident to challenge vehicle issues with our drivers. 
  • Should be physically fit and be able to lift heavy loads 


Hours of work: 

  • Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off 
  • Start/Finish time: 6pm- 6am
