The successful candidate should have a teaching qualification and an excellent understanding of the SEN framework. They should also have experience and skills in, or the ability to develop, differentiated teaching approaches.
In return, we can offer the successful candidate the opportunity to join a team of dedicated professionals and to develop their skills and experience in the teaching of SEN. Advanced ICT skills and an understanding of intervention teaching techniques are desired but not essential.
If you must have QTS, a good track record in teaching staff and a commitment to the education of SEN students we would love to hear from you.
